If you desire the excitement and thrill of the open water, our Offshore trips cater to the angler looking to hook the big one! Offshore trips are average between 4 and 10 hours due to longer running times traveling to and from the prime fishing areas that we know to be dependable. Sanibel Fishing Charters utilizes both live and artificial bait techniques for offshore trips. From trolling multiple lines to entice large pelagic species to bite to dropping a line on to pull up a deep diving monsters, we will do what it takes to help you get the one you’ve been waiting for!
Inshore trips are generally shorter because of their closer proximity to our Cape Coral, FL home base. Fishing the inshore reefs, cays and lagoons in and around the islands and shoreline are excellent ways to catch a wide variety of fish, all while providing the excitement of multiple catches during your outing. The average run on these trips can range from a couple of hours to a whole day. Just about all of our inshore fishing is done within sight of land, offering the spectacular scenery of the southwestern Florida coastline. Inshore trips generally target species such as Kingfish, Barracuda, Tarpon, Jacks, American Red Snapper, Groupers, and Snook. Sanibel Fishing Charters uses live-bait to give the angler the best possible shot at hooking up with multiple fish throughout the day. If you prefer to fish using lures, we have a selection of casting gear and artificial lures that will ensure that you will have the best shot at landing a catch you’ll be proud to bring back to shore. If you are more comfortable using your own gear or would like to focus on a particular type of fishing, just let us know - we are here to help!
